Cottage Upgrade

Introducing one of our favourite projects! We transformed a downtown cottage into a stunning living space, featuring a new living area seamlessly connected to an expansive entertainment space through a wide opening stacker door. The ambiance is further enhanced by a cosy gas fireplace and full-width stairs leading to the backyard.

We didn't overlook a single detail, adding an ensuite and walk-in robe, and refreshing the windows and cladding for a complete transformation.

This addition to the existing property not only expanded the living space but also cleverly utilized a flat-pitched roof to fit snugly beneath the existing roofline while staying within the client's budget.
